Care with purpose
I’m a licensed neuromuscular massage therapist, certified birth doula, and maternal health worker — and I’m deeply committed to improving maternal health outcomes and access to equitable care.
Through both my clinical work and my leadership as the founder of Radiance Integrative Health, Inc., I advocate for care models that are inclusive, evidence-based, and responsive to the real needs of families — especially those who are too often overlooked.
This work isn’t theoretical. It happens one body, one family, and one system at a time.

Service Offerings
Doula Care
Support that centers dignity, autonomy, and informed choice — before, during, and after birth.
My approach to doula care is grounded in maternal health advocacy and a commitment to equitable care. I work to ensure families feel heard, supported, and respected at every stage.
Doula services are offered by application to protect the quality and consistency of care.
Massage Therapy
Results-driven massage therapy designed to relieve chronic tension, support recovery, and improve how your body functions day to day.
My work is grounded in deep tissue and neuromuscular techniques, with specialized care for prenatal and postpartum bodies. Each session is intentional, individualized, and informed by maternal health experience — not routines or shortcuts.
The Journal
Radiance Integrative Health
Radiance Integrative Health is the education and advocacy arm of my work — focused on advancing equitable maternal healthcare through integrative, community-informed care models.
Rooted in lived experience and clinical practice, this work bridges hands-on care with systems-level change to improve outcomes for families.
This is where care expands beyond the table.
Pregnant People Knead Massage Too!
During pregnancy, massage therapy can help relieve common symptoms like back pain, leg cramps, and swelling. Massage increases blood flow and relaxes muscles, which can make pregnancy and labor more comfortable for the mother…
Free Birthing Resources!
Birth, especially in the black community can be terrifying. Whether you’re a new parent, expecting parent or family planning, it’s important to have access to childbirth education. When parents are educated they are empowered and can advocate for the birth they deserve.
